"I am unable to enjoy my workout unless I know I get to drink After Shock immediately after. I honestly fell in love with this product. I take my post-workout nutrition very seriously. I honestly think this is the most important time to get proper nutrition, and what better time to get everything you need than when your body is at it's hungriest?I initially bought the Tropical Typhoon flavor, and I have not wanted to buy any other flavor since. It is delicious. It's 2 scoops with about 16 oz of water and it tastes amazing. You really feel good and you can tell your body feels good having it. I drink it right before I go into the shower after a workout and then I eat when i get home. There is a lot of back and forth over the Anabolic Window and when you should eat/ not eat post workout, but if you are looking for a post workout product that is absolutely amazing yet more affordable than most please look no further.I will continue buying this product until they stop selling it. I honestly don't want to workout unless I have this, and I always have it. It's a treat, a functional shake, and everything you need post workout.
