"I have the pineapple flavor. I made the mistake because the scoop was so small to think I needed two scoops for the first time using the product. I don't know if was a huge mistake or a huge pro. I lifted first then did my cardio. It didn't raise my heart rate to an uncomfortable speed but I could not stop running on the treadmill. I wanted to keep going. I looked up, and I'm not a runner and I was at 3.5 miles in 38 minutes. I hope by taking two scoops that a tolerance for the product doesn't wane. It is well worth the price and is the best I've had in a long time."
