"I've been taking this for over a year now, and I can say that the product DOES indeed work. However, the smell could choke a donkey. I have it in a medicine cabinet and as soon as I open it I can immediately smell that smelly smell that smells smelly. If you put the capsules in your hands, they'll smell for a minute. Otherwise, if you're looking purely for effectiveness, it works very well. I feel NOTICEABLE more sluggish when I stop taking it."

"I recently ordered this product and at first I was a little skeptical being i already do a lot of moving. I took the product and the pills were easy to swallow with Gatorade after my breakfast. There's no immediate tingly or jitters. So far I am pleased with the results and looking forward to my next workout once it's in my bloodstream. Taking pills it does take a little longer to get in the system as your body has to break it down"
