Matrix products have consistently stayed high-quality over the years, and haven't given in to marketing gimmicks like many other brands have.Goat-whey protein is far better than cow-whey when it comes to the milk sugar/lactose load on your body, and I wish Matrix would create a goat-whey based blend - however even whey-blends such as these work well, to give you the benefit of longer-acting protein absorption. For me, that also translates to less "protein-fatigue" - the tired feeling you can get after ingesting high amounts of fast-acting protein in the higher-quality whey-isolates.Just wish they had a 5-pounder of Cookies and Cream. There's no bitter/tart whey flavor with this one, and it mixes relatively good with a shaker.What I really like about it is that it is high in protein (26g) low in calories (120) and low in fat compared to a lot of other brands. Plus it has base chain amino acids, and is a mixture of fast and slow acting proteins. It's expensive, but totally worth it."
