"This product is great, in that it is carefully processed to avoid damaging protein (no denaturing, no isolates, no casienates, and cold filtered). It also has 4 different protein sources to give you both fast and slow protein absorption, as well as egg white protein which is the best protein source. The taste of the Snickerdoddle Matrix is so sinfully rich that it is the only protein shake that my picky wife will drink. It (as well as the Perfect Chocolate Matrix) is so tasty that it is highly additive. After having it a few times, the rich flavor of this made me realize how chalky my old go-to protein supplement (that I have used for the last year) was, so I canceling my subscription and switched to Matrix."

"This is the best-tasting protein blend I've ever had, and I've been using protein mixes for about 20 years now. Also, I am lactose-sensitive, and this doesn't cause a reaction. Matrix products have consistently stayed high-quality over the years, and haven't given in to marketing gimmicks like many other brands have.Goat-whey protein is far better than cow-whey when it comes to the milk sugar/lactose load on your body, and I wish Matrix would create a goat-whey based blend - however even whey-blends such as these work well, to give you the benefit of longer-acting protein absorption. For me, that also translates to less "protein-fatigue" - the tired feeling you can get after ingesting high amounts of fast-acting protein in the higher-quality whey-isolates.Just wish they had a 5-pounder of Cookies and Cream. Otherwise, a highly recommended flavor and brand."
