Now to make it truly truly good, overnight rice and unsweetened milk (for them low cals) with cinnamon sticks! leave it overnight, blend it the next day, run it through a cloth! then you simiply add it to your blender with your protien powder, some more cinnamon and vanilla extract and it tastes AMAZING! Trust me guys, experiment with it! You can definitely make some good tasting protien horchata if you know what you're doing!"
