Directions & Dosage

Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends taking 2 tablets each day. Best to take between 8 and 12 hours apart. They can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. You should not take more than 4 tablets in one day. Take this product for between 4 and 8 weeks before taking at least 4 weeks off.
