three pills for one dose

"three pills for one dose and they aren't small. they aren't horrible but some days I get fish burps. I wouldn't want to be taking these while pregnant."

This is a nice combination

"This is a nice combination of supplements that support my goals of heart health and lowering cholesterol. The omega fats are from Icelandic anchovy which seems like a good source. The pills themselves don't have any offending odor. The softgels are large but similar to other fish oil supplements with a smooth slippery coating that's not too challenging to swallow. A serving size is 3 softgels with a total omega amount of 1980mg. The bottle contains 30 servings and has an expiration date of about 2 years out from when I received it."

I probably won't get this

"I probably won't get this again favoring a multi omega and from different sources. I get my coq10 from other supplements.Nothing wrong with it."

This omega 3 seems like

"This omega 3 seems like It is a high quality supplement. It is made in a cGMP facility and bottled in the US. There are no notifications of whether or not this is third party tested, which is the reason I'm knocking off a star. But, it does have a best by date of two years away. The gel capsules are rather large, and the serving size is three capsules, so some people may have difficulty swallowing these. Like most fish oils, these can create fishy burps, but the flavor is fresh. There'snot much of a fragrance when I put my nose right up to the mouth of the bottle. With ninety capsules per bottle, this contains a one month supply. For a quality fish oil, the price is reasonable."

I've been taking Omega 3

"I've been taking Omega 3 supplements as part of my daily vitamin/supplement regimen for many years now. I do this for the cardiovascular benefits. I didn't notice any adverse effects making the change to this brand. The dosage was comparable to what I had been taking and this also has CoQ10, which is another supplement I take regularly. This does appear to be a good viable alternative brand for me."

I am a fan of

"I am a fan of these fish oil pills! The pills are large but the dosage is high, so if you can swallow a larger pill, great option! They are smooth so that makes them easier than other larger pills.I have taken a lot of fish oil in my day, and these seem to be high quality, as I haven't lost any benefits I've seen from fish oil since switching. I'm a gastric bypass patient so I have to take all kinds of supplements just to stay balanced. I'm excited to finish the first full month and see if my eyes and joints feel even better. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Recommend!"

After doctor recommendation, I have

"After doctor recommendation, I have been taking an Omega-3 supplement every day for about a year.I've tried many different brands during this time, and I am now trying out these Myogenix Myomega Softgels. This bottle contains 90 soft gels with 1800mg of EPA/DHA, 60mg CoQ10, and 8mg Astaxanthin for maximum brain, cellular, heart, and ocular support. These soft gels are larger in size, like most Omega-3 supplements are, but I can easily swallow them, and they do not give me any “fishy” burps. The serving size is 3 a day; I usually take 1 with lunch and 2 with dinner, as I fast until noon.Being about 2 weeks in, I have not experienced any bad side effects while taking this great quality Omega-3 supplement. The price ($40 at time of this review) is comparable to most of the Omega-3's supplements that I've taken in the past, but since these also contain CoQ10 & Astaxanthin, you're getting a better bang for your buck.Highly recommend!!"

With a recommended dosage of

"With a recommended dosage of 3 capsules per day, you get a good amount of fish oil and Co-Q10. While the capsules are large, they are easy to swallow and I don't really get any of the fish oil snap back that I do with some supplements. Quality and purity seem to be exceptional."

As someone who is always

"As someone who is always looking to improve my heart health, I am always interested in any omega-3 supplement. Omega-3 as an essential oil that we all need, but since we cannot produce it we have to consume foods that contains it, or take supplements. Myogenix's omega-3 supplement provides 1980mg of omega-3, with 1080mg EPA and 720mg DHA per serving. They have also thrown in 100mg of CoQ10 and 4mg of astaxanthin to further improve heart health and possibly athletic performance. The amount of omega-3 is sufficient, but you must take 3 capsules per serving, making this bottle a one month supply. While I like what Myogenix's omega-3 supplement has to offer, there seems to be a lack of transparency on the company's part as far as how and where the supplements are made and if they were third party tested. Without the lab test, we are basically taking the company's word for what we are getting. An eGMP certification with third party testing not only gives proof of content, but also ensures contaminants such as heavy metals, bacteria, and pesticides did not make it into the final product. This is especially important in a supplement made from fish.Between the lack of any certifications or testing and the premium price, it can be a bit of a gamble to try these. The supplement industry is mostly unregulated, and for the price they are charging, the company should be more transparent. Providing a COA from a reputable lab would be a good start."
