"This is the 1st time I got anything from Alpha Lion. I'm not too crazy on the cherry popper flavor as it seems a bit tart ( I guess from the caffeine and whatever ingredients). However, I have felt a bit tingley after drinking it but it is worth it. After all it saved me on my way to the gym from work as I was nodding behind the wheel 😱😱😳😳😳😪"

Switching from the pre to

"Switching from the pre to the Smurf juice burn I've had a bad transition. This stuff tastes awful, oh well I can force myself to drink anything. But I get mild head aches and feel kinda sick after taking it. I go to the gym everyday no matter how I feel. When doing my workouts I do get the same amount of energy as when I was taking the pre. Not sure if I received a bad case or what's going on but horrible experience. Will be switching back to the Super Human pre when I run out.Update review to 4 stars: week 2 my body is reacting better to super human burn. Still taste awful but using a full 16.9 bottle of water makes it a lot easier to wash down."
