"This product works as directed. For those who want to add creatine to their routine this is a simple way to get it. I like how they removed the unnecessary artificial dyes out of the capsules. So if your capsules are white instead of yellow it means you got the newer version of the product. Both work exactly the same."

"Buy: YesWhy: For those that do not like creatine mixed with some liquid, I can attest to it's remainder texture. Even micronized you can crunch it up. In pill form, it makes it more convenient. I find it quite easy to swallow as it is not a big pill. I weigh about 160 lbs. so I ingest 2 pills. 1 pill for every 100 lbs are the instructions. Not much else to really say. I take it about 30 min prior to workout or in the morning on non workout days.Price: I pay a bit more for the convenience of it all."
